CHC Innovation Summit

ACH is now accepting abstracts for the CHC Innovation Summit, open to ACH health center members only who are interested in sharing innovation and best practices with peers onsite in Dallas, Texas. Submit an abstract now!

There are three different ways to present at the meeting:

1. Participate in a joint session
2. Lead a podium speaker presentation (45 mins); or,
3. Provide all panelists for your own feature panel (60 mins)

Criteria rubric   |  Timelines and General Information

Abstracts should address two or more of the following criteria:

1. Showcase innovative solutions to address a current issue, important problem, or a barrier to accessing health care
2. Highlight a lasting change, solution, or technology
3. Recommend an effective and innovative option for addressing an issue

There is no limit to the number or type of abstracts submitted. In the selection process, ACH aims to gather a wide variety of presentations, speakers, and health centers serving different populations and showcasing unique innovations.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Submit abstracts by Friday, June 12, 2026.

About the Event

The CHC Innovation Summit (formerly the CHC Best Practices Showcase) is Advocates for Community Health’s member-only convening designed to spotlight the bold ideas and real-world solutions shaping the future of community health centers.

Bringing together leaders from health centers across the country, the Summit creates a space for collaboration, peer learning, and the exchange of scalable strategies that improve access, strengthen outcomes, and respond to the evolving needs of communities. Through dynamic presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, participants share proven approaches and emerging innovations in care delivery.

The CHC Innovation Summit highlights what community health centers do best: lead with innovation, adapt to challenges, and deliver high-quality, whole-person care in the communities that need it most.
