Capitol Hill ACH will host a Congressional briefing on Wednesday, July 29 from 12-1 PM on Capitol Hill, “The 340B Program: A Lifeline for Community Health Centers.” This educational panel discussion for members of Congress and their staff will ensure key decision-makers understand the importance of the 340B program to health centers and why CHCs are unique compared to other covered entity types. This is an especially important time for this discussion, as new comprehensive 340B program reform legislation is introduced and the Administration prepares to implement the 340B Rebate Model Pilot Program. Lunch will be served.
