ACH submitted comments on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ proposed 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, supporting policies that strengthen comprehensive, preventive and behavioral health care at community health centers. ACH urged CMS to finalize Advanced Primary Care Management add-on codes, expand eligible preventive services and waive patient cost-sharing. The organization also supported coverage for carefully vetted digital tools used in ADHD and mental health treatment, continued telehealth flexibilities and virtual direct supervision, and reforms that address the historic undervaluation of primary care. ACH opposed creating a new 340B claims data repository, citing unnecessary administrative burdens and the availability of existing claims modifiers to support program oversight.
