ACH submitted comments on the proposed 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, supporting changes designed to improve access and payment for care provided by Federally Qualified Health Centers. ACH endorsed updates to care management, preventive vaccines, dental services, telehealth and the FQHC payment system while recommending clearer billing guidance, reduced patient cost-sharing and equitable reimbursement for virtual care. ACH also supported a low-burden approach to excluding 340B-acquired drugs from Medicare Part D rebate requirements.
