ACH sent a letter to congressional leaders outlining priorities to strengthen community health centers and expand access to care. ACH urged Congress to provide $7.87 billion annually for the Community Health Center Fund for at least three years, invest $950 million annually in the National Health Service Corps and $300 million annually in the Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education Program. The organization also called for reforms that protect the 340B program, permanent telehealth flexibilities and policies that support value-based care. These investments would help health centers strengthen their workforce, expand preventive care, modernize service delivery and meet growing needs in rural and underserved communities.
