ACH and fellow safety-net organizations urged House leaders to advance the bipartisan Telehealth Modernization Act (H.R. 7623). The legislation would extend Medicare telehealth access for Rural Health Clinics and Community Health Centers for two years while establishing payment parity between virtual and in-person care. The organizations emphasized that the bill would encourage telehealth investment, improve claims data and preserve access to care for patients in rural and medically underserved communities.
