Shannon Young at 340B Report writes: “340B program stakeholders offered varying reactions following a late-December federal court ruling that halted the controversial rebate pilot from taking effect as planned, with providers celebrating the judge’s temporary pause, while the federal government and some drugmakers pushed back against the order.”
Advocates for Community Health (ACH) spokesperson Sandy Applebee said “while we await further clarity on the long-term path for 340B stability, this pause provides necessary breathing room for community health centers to ensure patient access and operational continuity remain the top priorities.”
She added that “ACH has opposed the rebate model from the outset and continues to call for solutions that protect 340B for health centers while prioritizing patient care.”
