2025 CHC Best Practices Showcase
Please join us in Denver, CO on October 6-7, 2025 to discuss innovations in health care access!
New in 2025 by membership request, ACH is bringing together member health center leaders in Denver, Colorado at the Thompson Denver Hotel on October 6-7, 2025 for in-depth discussions on best practices in the Health Center Program. The theme of this event is “Innovations in Health Care Access” and will include educational sessions, networking opportunities, and a variety of speakers.
Call for Abstracts Open
ACH is now accepting abstracts to present from ACH health center members interested in sharing innovations and best practices at a gathering of the nation’s most forward-thinking health centers.
Sessions may be presented as joint panel discussions, speaker-led, or feature panels ranging from 20 mins to 60 mins in length.
Abstracts should address two or more of the below criteria:
- Showcase outside-of-the-box solutions to address a current issue, important problem, or a barrier to accessing health care
- Share opportunities to carry health centers and patient care into the future with visionary interventions
- Highlight a lasting change, solution, or technology
- Recommend an effective and innovative option for addressing an issue
Acceptance Notification
- Email notification of abstract acceptance will be sent to the primary submitter only.
- The primary submitter must respond by either accepting or denying the invitation to present the abstract by the given acceptance deadline.
- Once the invitation to present has been accepted, ACH will collect additional abstract materials to include a short biography, headshot and PowerPoint presentation. Materials will be made available to all meeting attendees as part of the meeting materials.
