ACH’s statement was included in Bloomberg Law’s article today on HRSA’s letter to J&J on their proposed 340 drug rebate program:
HRSA wrote it expects J&J to cease implementation immediately and to inform the agency no later than Sept. 30 in order to provide adequate notice to covered entities.
Hospital groups including 340B Health and Advocates for Community Health are already applauding the agency’s letter, underscoring that the statement is a “strong” warning to the company.
